• Free shipping is available for orders in the United States over $49. Order total must be over $49 after all discounts are applied and before sales tax in order to qualify.
• Orders in the US under $49 will be charged $4.99 for domestic shipping.
• Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx depending on a variety of factors.
• Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day at the earliest
• Orders shipped to the wrong address will not be refunded or replaced.
• International Shipping is only available to Canada at this point for a flat rate of $25 USD for orders under $125 USD. Shipping to Canada is free for orders over $125 USD. Customs and duties are paid by August.

Expedited/Ground Shipping:

Expedited shipping and Ground shipping are available as a special request. The cost for this service will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that turn around time of 3 - 5 days for processing an order still applies to these orders.  

Shipping Liability/Costs:

Shipping costs for orders are based on total weight of the package/s. Jayida Che' Herbal Tea Spot is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect address, problems at address upon delivery, or because there was no one at the address to receive the package/s. Store credit will be applied in these situations. See refund policy for more detail.
