ORDERING POLICIES

Herbally Mossed does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!

 

EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email business@herballymossed.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

 

Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Herbally Mossed E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items.  

Order alterations generated by Herbally Mossed will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order and refunded via E-gift Code, in the case of unavailable or cancelled items. 

 

Herbally Mossed is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

 

SHIPPING

Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

We currently ship within the United States and to the following countries: 

Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.



Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders.

 

Herbally Mosesed is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Herbally Mossed is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

 

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families. 

 

==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you have any issues, please contact us within 30 days by emailing hello@august.la. We'll work with you to make it right!

Because we make one-of-a-kind blends, we know you have to taste them for yourself. That’s why we offer an easy way to taste our teas and find your favorites. If you don’t love the August tea you bought, we’ll give you your money back. Offer valid within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges or returns.

Limits to our 'Love it or your money back guarantee'

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days
  • Limit one refunded item per blend
  • Limit four refunds per customer per 12-month period
  • Refunds may not exceed $85 per customer per calendar year
  • Refund requests that are deemed to be abusive will be denied
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address are not eligible for refund or replacement

Damaged or defective items
We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact our customer service team at hello@august.la
Please be ready to provide your order number and photos of the item or items. 

Late or missing refunds
If we've issued you a refund but it hasn't yet arrived, first check your payment provider or bank account.

It may take 3-10 business days for your refund to be officially posted. If after 10 business days, you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@august.la.

Shipping costs and refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders with paid shipping will have the shipping cost deducted. Orders with free shipping will have $5 deducted.

For problems with your order, please notify us as soon as you are aware of the problem (return or replacement opportunity is voided after 30 days of delivery). 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
